I have done some extensive research, the most i can find on vitamin d is 125 d and not much on the target 25 d. 125 is the active and leveler of the two it keeps all Vitamin D levels within range, that is unless man-made Vitamin D has flooded the system, that Vitamin D is generally 125d. 25 d is the vitamin that comes from the sun and foods, humans produce 25d3 (animal version, most effective) plants produce 25d2 (plant version, less effective, quicker effects). There isn't all that much research or viable scales that can I've an accurate measurement of Vitamin d and its pros and cons. Almost all of it is shrouded in biased science or obscurity.
